Short information about Creades

Creades is a Swedish investment company, listed on the main market of Nasdaq Stockholm. Creades invests in small and medium-sized public and private companies that both have the potential for revaluation and value creation. Creades has SEK 10,9 billion of assets under management in a concentrated portfolio, which consists of approximately 60–70 percent listed holdings, 20–30 percent unlisted holdings, and up to 10 percent other assets including cash. Our principal investment strategy is to act as an engaged owner and create shareholder value through operational, structural and/or financial change initiatives.

Since its inception in 2012, Creades’ return on net asset value amounts to 859%, compared with a 405% increase in the benchmark index over the same period.
